Poor communication from service department. Brought my car in on a Friday for service. Received no communication on status all day. Had to call them to find out they couldn’t get to my car that Brought my car in on a Friday for service. Received no communication on status all day. Had to call them to find out they couldn’t get to my car that they and had to keep it over the weekend, which was not communicated as a possibility to me when I dropped off. Left car there over the weekend. Did not get an update on Monday. Had to call again to get an update. Found out there was nothing wrong with my car they could find. Still got charge for the inspection. More
