The vehicle I requested just happened to be at another dealership out of state. I was apprehensive at first, but I must say that I am glad I chose Capitol Chevrolet. Not only was it the smoothest buying experience I have ever had, I could not be more happy with my purchase. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure our complete satisfaction. I was most impressed with Mr. Bill Kissinger. He was the gentleman that sat with us in the new Suburban, setting up our Bluetooth connection, and going over each and every button, gadget, etc on the car to ensure that we were completely comfortable with how to enjoy the new SUV we purchased. We must have asked a thousand stupid questions, but he answered each one. Rather than being scared to touch anything, we drove home that afternoon with a pretty good understanding of how to work each feature of the new car.
