Bought a used vehicle from them about a year ago. Customer service was excellent, high pressure but willling to work with the customer. Staff worked with us on the price of a used vehicle. Only one problem: Manager asked if we would feel better with a warranty on the vehicle and said that he would offer a warranty for us. We thought this was really great; they stood behind their vehicles. Last month we looked over the paper work again and noticed that the warranty that the manager "gave" us cost us an additional $2000.00! Perhaps we should have looked closer at the paper work but that's what happens when you "trust" salespeople. More
