He was consistently professional, cheerful and courteous. The same can be said for Randy Highland, who handled all the paperwork once a deal was reached. My only disappointment with the dealership arrive in the form of a "postage due" notice from the US Postal Service. The dealership mailed the extra key for my vehicle but neglected to put the correct postage on the package.... They owe me $0.72! I will return the Capital Chevrolet for future vehicle purchases. All in all, the experience was very positive. More
