My salesman was Clai Smith, and he was very knowledgeable about my ca I bought a 2013 Chevrolet Traverse from Capitol Chevrolet less than a week ago. My salesman was Clai Smith, and he was very knowledgeable about my car and was super helpful. I hate high-pressure sales, but there was none of that, thankfully. Clai was only interested in what I needed and wanted in a vehicle. The transition from sales to finance was smooth and all employees were very pleasant to work with. The only draw-back was that I feel like I did not get as much for my trade as I should have gotten and they really low-balled me on it at first, which I did not appreciate. We did finally agree on a decent figure for my trade, although it was not what I was hoping for based on Kelly Blue Book value. Overall, it was a pleasant car buying experience. More
