Wonderful Experience I walked in knowing what I wanted and was greeted by Sam Harris. He was very friendly and helpful and was eager to help. He listened to what I wanted and he pulled up the vehicle I had researched on his computer. We then went to the key room which, was very impressive in itself, and got the keys and we were on our way to the lot. One click on the key bob and we went right to the Traverse I had researched. In all honesty I went to make sure they had the color I wanted and I planned to go home, clean out my van and go back on the weekend. I planned it because I had also researched financing from another source. I was worried about that. Sam assured me that we could workout a good rate and all he needed was a chance to show me some numbers. One test drive later we were back in the show room. True to his word I got a great deal on my somewhat dirty trade in and within the hour I was motoring home in my new Traverse. This is my fifth vehicle from Capital Chevy and I will continue to shop there in the future. More
