This was my first car purchase in over 12 years so, needless to say, I was stressed beyond belief expecting the whole process to be an ordeal. We found a vehicle at a great price on Capitol's website and upon arrival at the dealership, Clai was the first to greet us. He was very laid-back, relaxed, and no pressure. He answered every question I had about the car and with it being a local trade-in, he was knowledgeable about the car's history. We found the vehicle we loved, did an extended test-drive, and came back to purchase. The overall purchase experience with Clai and Shawn was great and the Sonic pricing simplified the purchase with no hassle. They came back with a reasonable price for my trade-in and got below the monthly payment I had requested. The whole process was quick and painless.
