Exceptional Customer Service I began having issues with my truck after several back to back long distance trips. I have always been skeptical of dealerships because of past experiences (extended wait times, overcharging, fixing everything but the problem) but was recommended to try Capitol Chevrolet by a local resident. I am pleased to say my entire experience from first call to final drive off was outstanding! Every single person I encountered were friendly and helpful especially my service advisor Andrae. He went above and beyond to assure me that my vehicle was going to be taken care of and kept me notified of needed repairs, suggested repairs and cost analysis of all work. He is hands down one of the most personable and professional people I have ever received service from. The lounge and accompanying amenities made the wait time fly by.
