The high pressure, rush through the sale and get you out of the door tactics are what scares most people off. Our experience was different, and refreshing. Justin Chretien approached us as we arrived. We already knew what we wanted to look at and he directed us to the vehicle. After about ten minutes of small talk and looking at the vehicle, we took it for a test drive. When we returned, he was eager to show us features of the vehicle, which I declined due to having done my own research previously. This is where most salesmen shut down, or push harder for the sale. Justin smiled and suggested that he was available for any further questions that I might want to ask. I told Justin what I wanted, what I wanted for the value of my trade-in (2013 Jeep Wrangler) and we went inside. Other than a few negotiations on trade-in value and payment terms, this was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. This Equinox is the 20th vehicle I have owned. Justin is a valuable asset to Capitol Chevrolet's sales team and his sales tactics, attitude, and personality should set an example to the rest. His level of professionalism, from the time he approached us through the completion of the sale, was greatly appreciated and has steered my thinking into revisiting Capitol Chevrolet for my next purchase.
