As soon as I arrived at Capitol Chevy, I was greeted by a friendly salesman (Clai) who worked with me throughout the entire process. Any questions I had were answered, and any problems I encountered were solved. I have to admit, I really dread dealing with dealerships, but I can honestly say, I had no problem working with Clai and the other salesmen at Capitol. They went out of their way to ensure I got the truck I wanted. On top of that, they stayed after hours to work with me. Kept me informed as to what was going on and what the problems were. They took care of the immediate problem but also told me that I should have a thorough check when I got home.
