Late repair request handled in 2 hours In the middle of Heat advisory weather my a/c went out for the third time this summer Rather than take it back to my local mechanic I decided to go t In the middle of Heat advisory weather my a/c went out for the third time this summer Rather than take it back to my local mechanic I decided to go to the dealer. I called and spoke with Service Consultant Brian Gjesvold shortly after noon. Brian understood my situation immediately and offered to guarantee diagnostics that day with repair the following day if work backed up the mechanics. I arrived at the dealer within twenty five minutes. The dealer provided me a shuttle home. Fifteen minutes later I was advised of the problem with the a/c and approved the repair. One hour later Brian advised me the repair was complete for less than the quoted price. The shuttle picked me up and took me to Capitol Chevrolet. I paid the bill, Brian brought the car around and I was home in a little over two hours from the initial call. Outstanding service by mechanic and service consultant. Quick efficient service by cashiers. Everyone polite and helpful. Very pleased. More
