Awesome Service Advisor I came in with my 2010 Chevy Cobalt, with my check engine light on. Before I even entered the building, Andrae was very nice and helpful. 2015 Chevy Trax Had a bad experience in 2006 with this dealership. We went to look at the 2006 HHR's. The sales man at that time was very rude and acted like we didn Had a bad experience in 2006 with this dealership. We went to look at the 2006 HHR's. The sales man at that time was very rude and acted like we didn't matter. So I was very leery of going back. As the dealership is only one mile from home I decided to go look at the new Chevy Trax. As soon as my wife and I stepped into the dealer we were greeted very friendly. We soon found the Trax displayed in the show room. A sales man came to us and started showing us features on the vehicle. He never once made us feel uneasy or creeped out. He then asked if it would be ok to go get a "Gold Tag" Trax they had in the back to show us. We said ok and he brought it up. He explained many features and safety ratings. Then asked if we'd like to test drive. We did so and really enjoyed the ride. Upon arriving back to the dealership he asked if we were interested in the vehicle. We told him we liked the show room model (which was the LTZ version). He asked where we wanted our payments, and asked if he could work up some numbers and appraise or trade in for us. He never pressured us to do anything. He always asked in a polite, friendly manner. Again never making us feel uncomfortable. As we sat waiting several of the staff asked us if we needed anything to drink or if we had been helped. A huge difference from the last time we had been there. After some time they brought us some numbers and I was very surprised! They gave exactly what our trade in was worth and found multiple discount on the new Trax. They had our payment below where we wanted it and had room for the "add-on's" they offer. The finance guy sat us down and explained everything in detail and broke every number down so we could understand them. In the end we spent some time there but never felt like it was a chore to do it. We were the last ones in the dealership and both the salesman and the finance guy were happy to stay and get the job done. I have regained my faith in Capital Chevrolet in Montgomery AL 100%. I can say with confidence I would recommend them to my friends and family. Big shout out to Parnell Pitts (sales) and Shawn Roney (finance) for making buying a new car so easy. More

My buying experience at Capitol Chevrolet was Excellent!!!! I went into the dealership with the idea of trading in my current vehicle. I was not even sure what vehicle that I was looking to purchase but I knew I went into the dealership with the idea of trading in my current vehicle. Even when I wasn't sure he gave me my word that everything would be taken care of. During our wait while all of the financial information was being taken care of, the entire staff was extremely friendly. They offered us water and made sure we were comfortable. I was able to have all my questions answered and even when I told Mr. Mead what I needed and could afford he was able to speak on my behalf and get what I asked for.
