Everyone that I dealt with was very friendly and helpful, and they also had a sense of urgency so I did not have to wait long. I would recommend this service center to anyone! More

Our sales associate, Hassan Clark, was very patient and quite knowledgeable about every vehicle that we looked at. He was not pushy but yet he was there with us every step of the way. He made sure that we were happy with our selection and was friendly and thorough with every part of the process. He introduced us to several other employees/managers and they all made us feel very welcomed. Our finance "guy" Shaun also went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the deal. He explained every part of the process including optional warranty information and helped us to make an informed choice. I also met the service manager who was extremely friendly and made sure that I knew that any service work completed would be hassle-free. Overall, this was one of the best auto purchases I've ever made. More

From the beginning, Service Consult Dana showed concern and a willingness to fix whatever issues I had. Once diagnostics were complete, I was contacted and educated on the issues in detail. On the recommendation from an exisiting employee of Capitol Chevrolet, Quenita Mitchell, I decided to atleast take a look at what the dealership had to offer. I'm very glad I did. My salesman, Matt Geddings, was AWESOME!!!! He put me on the right car to fit my needs and budget. There were no high pressure sales tactics from either Matt or Jimmy in finance about any extra add-ons or options that would not benefit me. I was able to comfortably purchase my daughter a new Sonic for graduation and miraculously, I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour! To the entire staff, thank you for a wonderful experience. I definitely will keep Capitol Chevrolet in mind when I'm ready to purchase my next vehicle. More
