I was paying cash so only needed to fill out final paperwork but had to wait an hour and a half to get into finance to finish the sale. It was only after I threatened to walk away from the sale that I got into the finance department to finalize the purchase of the truck. Also, the new truck broke down on me after three days of ownership with total electrical failure but to the credit of Capitol, the dealership did the right thing and replaced my vehicle with a different truck.
