He let me know what additional service items would be needed for my vehicle but was not pushy about trying to make me do them right away. Overall a great first experience and I will be returning. Even though there were factors out of their control (wait times, lack of vehicles to offer as loaners) they went above and beyond to provide fast, efficient and kind service. More
