I called on the phone with all information to get a $70k truck. No credit issues whatsoever, They just kept putting other people's paperwork in front of mine because they came in person and I was calling f truck. I asked them to meet us half way to sign papers and also deliver the truck and they agreed, and then they never showed up and actully wanted us to drive the whole way after we were sitting in the middle of no where waiting on them. They gave excuses they were too busy. I talked with saleman, financial person and 2 managers that said it could get done but at 5pm they still made excuses. The last manager that I was talking with actually hung up on me because I told him we would go somewhere else since they had given us a run around. Very slow and unprofessional on every level and in every way. . I'll get my vehicle elsewhere, because even after us driving so far I refuse to give them a sale. More
