We went to many different dealerships and were bothered by the "in-your-face", high-pressure attitude that a lot of the salespeople had. Jeff and your team however were the complete opposite. They were patient and attentive to our concerns and straightfoward with us about pricing. I was very close to purchasing a vehicle from another dealership, but Jeff and Evan were willing to work with us on the price and did not pressure us at all to make a hasty decision. We will definitely be shopping at Capitol Chevy for our next vehicle and recommending the dealership to our friends and family. More

I was giving an out the door quote from manager Trent this morning had to leave to meet an custom and returned about 4 hours later to be told the OTD price was $600 higher. The headliner on my 2019 Trax has come off and supposedly fixed 4 times so far. They have given me the runaround and since may 26 when I took it to the shop again, nothing has been done!
