Worst car experience ever! Staff were so unprofessional and did not know what they were doing. Every department that I talked to has told me “they don’t know what goes on back Staff were so unprofessional and did not know what they were doing. Every department that I talked to has told me “they don’t know what goes on back here” in regards to the previous department I spoke to. I sent everything in 4 days in advance to buying this car and was told to just come in to sign some paperwork and all would be good. I was there for over 3 hours. Nothing has been done and they didn’t even know where our wired money was or the bankers check. Now they have called me multiple times in regards to things that need to be handled through the banker. They also have charged me for add ons I told them I did not want and did not put the add ons on my car. Worst experience ever. More
