I am writing this review in hopes of protecting others from experiencing the problems and negative issues I recently experienced with both Jud Louis Reyes and Capitol Chevrolet!!! 1. They lost my vehic from experiencing the problems and negative issues I recently experienced with both Jud Louis Reyes and Capitol Chevrolet!!! 1. They lost my vehicle sticker on my window and have failed to replace it. 2. They charged me for some exterior film work like “cup holders” but never did the work and have refused to reimburse me. 3. The charged me for tinting the windows but another tint company had to redo it because of very poor quality. 4. They promised to re-cover my 2022 corvette after my inspection but left it uncovered for 2 weeks. Another company had to wash the outside and clean the inside and stated that they have never seen a new car this filthy. 5. I paid a $1,000 cash deposit to secure this corvette and that deposit was to be applied towards closing costs. At closing they denied this but after 2 weeks of complaining, I finally received a credit. 6. Senior management/ownership has never returned my calls and the sales rep, Jud Louis Reyes, has either ignored me or lied. More
