He was quick to respond to us with multiple options that were in our desired price range with every option we asked for before we even stepped into the showroom. Essentially, he created a scenario where all we needed to do was show up for a test drive and finalized the deal. There was absolutely no pressure to upgrade or buy something we didn’t want. Our buying experience with Capitol Chevrolet didn’t start out as satisfying as it ended. We were first in contact with a salesperson who wasn’t getting the job done so i responded to an email from the GM Alex Flores. His response was both personal, meaning he called me directly and decisive, he knew what needed to be done to earn our business. Meeting him face to face was gratifying, he is very personable and humble which is important to us. We want to do business with people who care about others and making sure their needs are met.
