Found new Silverado at Capital - Rare Model! I have been looking for a new Silverado LTZ with 2WD, nicely appointed, WITH the 6.2L engine for a year and a half. I could have ordered one and wait I have been looking for a new Silverado LTZ with 2WD, nicely appointed, WITH the 6.2L engine for a year and a half. I could have ordered one and waited the 60 - 90 days to have one built, but I didn't want to go that route. Capitol had 3 2017's in stock, one in my preferred color, and I was able to buy my elusive Silverado. Capitol's Internet Sales guy, Eddie Sifuentes, helped me greatly with my buying process, and suggested I get a CarMax appraisal when the first trade offer was way too low. He was able to get me $500 over the CarMax appraisal, and that got my out-of-pocket cost for the truck lowered by over $10,000! That's the kind of car salesperson I like. Eddie kept going out of his way to deliver the truck to my home, and volunteering to pick it up and take it back to the dealership next week when some dealer-installed options that were ordered come in. Marco in Finance was also very helpful, keeping his sense of humor as our transaction kept him at his desk until after 9:30 pm on a Friday night. He got everything done to wrap up the sale to our satisfaction in spite of the late hour. Thanks to the Capitol Chevrolet team - this is the second new Silverado I have purchased there, and I will keep coming back. More
