Our sales representative Greg Freeman went out of his way to insure all of our questions and concerns with the vehicles where answered to our satisfaction. Greg spent a lot of time with us reviewing inventory, options and demonstrating them. Between Greg and Sales manager Alan Jones we are confident that we received all possible incentives on top of a very competitive sales price. Charlie Baldwin our finance manager worked with us to find the best financing available and tailored our loan to fit our needs and requests. Charlie explained our extended warranty options and made some great suggestions on the available coverage. These gentlemen are true professionals! At no time did my wife or I feel anyway but comfortable with the deals we made. The follow up after the sales in both cases has been fantastic! TWO CARS, ONE YEAR! Well, this is a two part review. I originally brought a BRAND NEW 2013 Camaro last year and forgot to write a review (sorry Justin). I came in to get my oil changed on my 2013 for the 3rd time and the service was wonderful as always. The staff here is amazing and they always remember people and names. Particularly Justin Jennings. He is a awesome guy. He's not your typical "in your face, sell sell sell" type of guy. He really is personable and down to earth. He worked with to get my into my 2013 Camaro and really understood my wants and much as my NEEDS! He explained everything to me and didn't make anything too hard to understand. I really felt good in purchasing the car. I wanted to buy a more expensive car, yet unlike most salesmen, he genuinely valued me as a person and didnt want me to get into a payment that wasn't right for me. AWESOME. (fast forward to JAN 2, 2014) He had told me i need to make my payments and keep the car in good shape and i should be able to "Trade up" to a better car in a year with no problem. SURE ENOUGH, i went in to get an oil change and he was there. He asked me about the car and asked if i was ready for the new car. I was approved for my new 2014 Camaro FULL LOADED! The staff was great BOTH times i came to get my cars. I would recommend this place to anyone. Justin was a really cool guy, professional, polite and pretty funny too.
