Nick meet me for service this morning was very kind and professional. Capital Chevy does a multi point check on my vehicle and texted me what needed to be taken care of, all i had to do was answer if I wan professional. Capital Chevy does a multi point check on my vehicle and texted me what needed to be taken care of, all i had to do was answer if I wanted to have these items done or wait for another time. Then signed off on that all on a text. Shortly after that i got a call saying my car was ready to be picked up! It was quick and easy. I really appreciate the professionalism and quick service. More

Absolutely terrible experience at Capitol Chevrolet’s service department. I came in for a simple oil change and ended up wasting almost FOUR hours of my day — 3 hours and 45 minutes, to be exact. My ser service department. I came in for a simple oil change and ended up wasting almost FOUR hours of my day — 3 hours and 45 minutes, to be exact. My service advisor completely vanished. No updates, no responses to texts, no returned calls — nothing. After two hours in the lobby, I texted for an update and got ignored. An hour later I called — no answer. When I went to his desk, he wasn’t even there. The receptionist said any advisor could help, but when I asked one, he just asked who my assigned advisor was and clearly didn’t want to help. Only when he reluctantly checked my info did my actual advisor finally appear — and casually tell me my truck was ready. Then I started getting the “Recommended Services” texts — AFTER the job was done. Those are supposed to come during the inspection, not after the fact. Had I not gone looking for him, I’m sure I’d still be waiting for my truck. To make things worse, there was no apology, no explanation, no discount — just a credit card charge and a fake smile like everything was fine. Here’s the kicker: my dash cam footage shows my truck pulled into the bay 30 minutes after my appointment and finished 15 minutes later. The actual oil change took 45 minutes total. I waited nearly four hours because my advisor couldn’t be bothered to communicate. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I I DO NOT recommend this service department to anyone unless you’re prepared to babysit your advisor just to make sure they’re doing their job More
Regarding the recent service visit for an anti-braking system update and battery replacement, I observed a lack of proactive communication regarding the vehicle's status, necessitating follow-up via phone system update and battery replacement, I observed a lack of proactive communication regarding the vehicle's status, necessitating follow-up via phone or email to obtain updates. Upon vehicle retrieval, a flat tire was discovered, and the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) readings did not align with the actual tire conditions. After taking 3 weeks just to do the work.
