I would like to give 5 stars. However, the service department cost the one star. My salesperson, frank, was great! I was able to get into a vehicle. While it is not the color I wanted the team needs to know that when there is a vehicle they need to make sure not to sale it from under another salesperson. The service team needs to make sure that the vehicle is registered rather than wasting someone’s time with a drive. The finance department could be more efficient and mindful of folks time as well.
