Wasn't looking forward to going to this dealer in S Austin. I had stopped by over a year to try and get recall done on airbag. Service man said it would be about a week before we got our vehicle back Austin. I had stopped by over a year to try and get recall done on airbag. Service man said it would be about a week before we got our vehicle back🤷‍♀️ I scheduled last week and thought we were scheduled at N Austin dealer. It ended up being scheduled at S Austin. I called to verify it was a one day thing. We arrived about 45 minutes for appointment. KC greeted us immediately. I again asked about time, he said it would b out at end of day. I told him we would be back a little after 3 pm since we had a ride at that time. We were on our way around 4pm when KC called. He said they were almost done, just had to test it, so probably after 5:15 suburban would be ready. I told him ok, we are about 1/4 of a mile away. We will be in waiting room waiting [what we thought would be 1.5 hours]. KC said he would come get us when ready. My son, who dropped us off called and said, I think KC really listened, I saw him in suburban out for a test. In less than 30 minutes, KC walked into waiting room and spotted us right away. We usually return to businesses according to workmanship and how we are treated by employees. Thank you KC and service people for helping us out promptly. More
