We came looking for a Bolt 1LT but all they had was the Bolt EUV 2LT. Told them it was out of our budget but they insisted on coming up with a price. It was actually a good price so we agreed. But then the Bolt EUV 2LT. Told them it was out of our budget but they insisted on coming up with a price. It was actually a good price so we agreed. But then the finance manager came over and said that price was too low and that we had to renegotiate. I said we would only pay their original quoted price. He apologized and said they couldn't make it work. We shook hands and I left. No harm, no foul. But then the next day I get a call from Capitol. After the caller realized who I was, he said, "Oh, you're the guy that walked out. That was so disrespectful. Don't bother coming back. We don't have a car for you." Then he hung up on me. One, I didn't walk out. And two, not sure why this person felt the need to badmouth me. Would have gladly left a five star rating to Capitol, even without buying their car, had it not been for this person disrespecting me for no reason over the phone. Bought a Bolt the next day from a different dealer. More
