I originally gave Capitol Chevrolet a five-star review and am disappointed I feel the need to change it. I found out a month after buying my vehicle that the finance department packed my monthly payments, and am disappointed I feel the need to change it. I found out a month after buying my vehicle that the finance department packed my monthly payments, charging me a higher interest rate than necessary so they could sell me an extended warranty "at no additional cost" that actually was an additional cost. This was after I declined the extended warranty in favor of the factory warranty three times because I was concerned about the bottom line cost. The $1,398 policy was secretly baked into my payments. This is dishonest. I appreciate transparency on price and did not get it at Capitol Chevrolet. More
