Signing up for a large loan, and trying to get it for the lowest price, it’s just not a pleasant experience. But, as far as that goes, I think this dealership did a great job. They presented offers & let me make decisions. I never felt like I was being pressured. If you know what you want, what you’re willing to spend, what extended warranty you’re willing to pay for, it’s not a difficult process. More

I no longer own the 2019 sonic I purchased in 2019 and had something for line 5 for the tires warranty on my car since the Chevy has been bought out they apparently “no longer have record” that they will not help cancel and I was given a number that I can’t even reach anyone unless it’s a Monday and they don’t even answer I’ve left multiple messages and it’s about to hit my husbands credit since he helped co-sign for that car at the time. I called line 5 and they told me unfortunately this has happened to multiple people and not just me and no ever had luck. I’m absolutely upset and will never get a car from this dealer again which is why I am lowering my review if I could give a zero I would. More
