Jesse was great and took very good care of me and my vehicle. The only reason I gave a 9 and not a 10 was I thought the used cars sales people told me my first oil change was on the house by telling me vehicle. My 2023 camaro came in on 11/25/22, and all issues are still not resolved. I was told by my salesperson that the camaro came in with some body damage in transport, which I was understanding, I get that still not resolved. I was told by my salesperson that the camaro came in with some body damage in transport, which I was understanding, I get that these things happen, and he was honest about it. So while I wasn't happy, I wasn't mad either. I knew it would be some time before I could take possession of it. A few weeks later, the salesmanager, Philip, called and told me someone else was interested in the custom built camaro that I ordered and that I needed to put my credit app in right away. I actually work in the auto industry, and I know that as soon as I did that, they'd be on to the next sale and it would be months before I saw the car.... they hadn't even provided a date when the body damage would be repaired. I asked him exactly that, what date would I expect it, and his reply was that's not his job, that's the salespersons job to know, as if helping customers, outside of pressuring the customer to sign for purchase was his only responsibility, was beneath him. To my salespersons credit, he was upset on my behalf. When I did come pick up the car, the tint wasn't done in the 2 months it took them to fix the body damage, and the spoilers decals looked awful, chunks missing, it looked like a child with siccors did this in their kindergarten art project (see photo). It's a 70k dollar car people! Still, I wasn't mad, just wanted it fixed. So, I bring it back to get it fixed, and it did look much much better. But then I opened my car door to leave. My car only had 400 miles on it and the tech trashed the interior with dusty foot printed, marks on the door from getting in and out, and the rest of the decals (for whatever reason, also covered in that powered like dirt that gets on everything) on my front seat, and my car was left in sport mode (what did he do in my car!?)- i left it in tour mode, which is for everyday driving... I am livid, but I really just want my car. I was driving home- about 30 miles away- and the rear view camera which stays on on the rear view mirror, was cutting in and out the whole time- there was a connection issue from them trying to fix their mistake, while trashing my interior. I called and asked to speak to the GM, no calls returned as of yet. I tried getting help from service to fix their mess up- I still have heard nothing. This is a sincere warning to buyers that your property, time and excitement on buying a new car will not be respected. There is no customer service or communication. There is more to the story, but hopefully this sufficiently outlines what customer service means to capitll Chevrolet. More
