I had a VERY unpleasant experience with Giselle Bourbon and Richard Zaragoza. I purchased a Kia Seltos S at this location and they were poorly communicative, acted as if I was stupid, and overall did not c and Richard Zaragoza. They requested I bring the approval loan from my credit union 5 calendar days after purchasing, but did NOT let me know they were both taking 2 days off after I purchased it. I texted and called them with no response which had me call the office and luckily someone else there helped me out. Richard specifically, really made me frustrated throughout the whole purchase. He made me seem like I was stupid for not taking warranty, he wasted my time, and FORGOT to take my deposit AFTER I had left the dealership even after I specifically asked, “Is there anything else you guys need from me?” I would NEVER buy a car from him again. I know he needs to make his commission, but the way he communicated to me was so awful. I will never be coming back to this location. As a previous salesman, I know he’s the type to be a snake and do what it takes to make money without caring for the customer. More
