My wife took the car in for a service, she did not feel comfortable dealing with service station as she was being asked to do things on the service that made no sense. In addition she was alert waiting for hours and only after asking multiple times did she get an update and the same problem to get the vehicle back. I think the service on the car via the video was helpful but the staff while waiting were not. More

Gave the dealership a second opportunity after my young adult daughter was overcharged for an oil change service. The manager appeared apologetic and approved a complimentary oil change although cost of t adult daughter was overcharged for an oil change service. The manager appeared apologetic and approved a complimentary oil change although cost of the first was almost double the amount. I waited in the lobby while the car was being worked on and the agent knew that I would be waiting in the waiting room. Instead of coming to me with any additional issues with the car, he called my husband and spoke with him. My husband forwarded the text of a "video" to me which included other issues that the car may need tending. The service agent then walked over to me and asked if I had received the "video" of the issues. I told him my husband had forwarded it to me and confirmed that I had viewed the video.. soon thereafter, he asked me again if I had watched the video because watching the video apparently "depended on supporting my (his) family and dog". I told him again that I had watched the video. I am glad that other reviewers had a good experience with Capitol Chevrolet but we did not, twice. Will not be returning. More
Very unhappy. Brought back to for problem with auto stop. Auto stop only works if I turn off AC. This is unacceptable.
