The service was good but this is the second time my truck was scratched. It’s sad to say that I rely on the services being performed on my truck but don’t appreciate that when my truck gets scratched. Nobody was scratched. I had an appointment for a oil change, I was promptly on time. There was no one in line ahead of me or behind me, which surprised me. A man came over and said someone would be with you in a minute. I sat in time. There was no one in line ahead of me or behind me, which surprised me. A man came over and said someone would be with you in a minute. I sat in my car for over 30 minutes! I actually called Stevens Creek Chevrolet and made a appointment there because I was so disappointed and disgusted. Just as I was about to leave the service writer came over, I told him the situation that I had an appointment and I’ve been sitting here for over 30 minutes and its not because you’re all busy taking in vehicles. Thanks to your service writer, he apologized and convinced me to give them my business, which I obviously did. He should be commended. More
