Show images I had a very frustrating experience at Capitol Chevrolet. My truck was in the shop for nearly three weeks, during which time I received little to no communication. I was repeatedly told th Capitol Chevrolet. My truck was in the shop for nearly three weeks, during which time I received little to no communication. I was repeatedly told that my extended warranty insurance was the reason for the delay and that they had been contacted. After contacting my warranty company myself, I learned that they had never been contacted at all, which is how I discovered I was being lied to. Additionally, the representative assisting me, Jose Leon, was rude and dismissive whenever I tried to follow up, stating that I was “bothering him.” Asking for updates on a vehicle that has been in the shop for weeks should not be treated as an inconvenience. The repair was only completed because I personally contacted my extended warranty. Overall, this experience showed a lack of honesty, communication, and professionalism. More
