I have a new Colorado I brought in for a slipping transmission. The service advisor told me they offered complementary rental car from Enterprise rent a car that’s located across the street. I took transmission. The service advisor told me they offered complementary rental car from Enterprise rent a car that’s located across the street. I took them up on their offer and had the rental for 3 days. The dealership claimed they couldn’t duplicate the slipping transmission but did a software update that might help. A week later my credit card was charged $182 for the rental car. Enterprise claims that the service manager for Chevy (Trent) told them Chevy didn’t authorize the free rental. After weeks of calls and being told it would be taken care of, I still haven’t received a credit. Wondering if Chevy and Enterprise have a side gig with kickbacks for screwing customers. This is a scam if I’ve ever seen one! More

Dealership is wonderful but the service man that I had was horrible. In the past I have always had great service men but this last time was a different one and he sucked.
