Had the pleasure working with Adam to get myself into a beautiful truck this week. DO NOT, I Repeat DO NOT go to Capitol Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Willimantic, CT! What an absolutely TERRIBLE experience. The only smooth part was the actual purchase. My Agent was great and accommodat RAM in Willimantic, CT! What an absolutely TERRIBLE experience. The only smooth part was the actual purchase. My Agent was great and accommodating. However within days of pulling off their lot there has been nothing but issues. The A/C doesn’t work, they never did an Inspection, the car jumps when you put it into reverse and one of the speakers is blown. Called and spoke to Service, they said “That’s not up to us, you need to talk to the manager Al.” Talked to Al and he says “Cars have issues, this isn’t my responsibility. Fix it if you want, or don’t, doesn’t affect me either way. But we’re not covering it.” What kind of customer service is that!? I’m mind blown. Was planning to buy my daughter her 1st car in a year, bet your xxx it won’t be here! More
