DO NOT, I Repeat DO NOT go to Capitol Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Willimantic, CT! What an absolutely TERRIBLE experience. The only smooth part was the actual purchase. However within days of pulling off their lot there has been nothing but issues. The A/C doesn’t work, they never did an Inspection, the car jumps when you put it into reverse and one of the speakers is blown. Called and spoke to Service, they said “That’s not up to us, you need to talk to the manager Al.” Talked to Al and he says “Cars have issues, this isn’t my responsibility. Fix it if you want, or don’t, doesn’t affect me either way. But we’re not covering it.” What kind of customer service is that!? I’m mind blown. Was planning to buy my daughter her 1st car in a year, bet your xxx it won’t be here! More

I had my Jeep serviced here. Job came in at less than what they estimated. Service reps were very professional my first time at this dealer I will go back. Job came in at less than what they estimated. Service reps were very professional my first time at this dealer I will go back. More
It stinks that 0 stars is not an option. I was going to trade and purchase a car here. We came to a very clear agreement and they told me how much my payment would be and all of my purchase I was going to trade and purchase a car here. We came to a very clear agreement and they told me how much my payment would be and all of my purchase details. Magically the day I’m supposed to go to the dealership, they can’t make the deal happen. I was under the impression (because I have an email that says so) that the dealer secured me a loan. They sent me an email with payment details for my trade-in and asked for my down payment NOW! Less then 4 hours before going to the dealer they back tracked on all of their words! Mind blowing to me that they can promise you a deal and not follow through! I don’t even know how that is possible honestly. Car prices are kind of high anyways but I loved the car they had. Very sad I couldn’t buy it after we came to an agreement. Pushy sales people as all they care about is getting you to the dealership clearly for no reason! They claim they do nothing wrong but lying is what is wrong here! You can also contact people in multiple ways. If you cannot reach me because I’m at work, leave a voicemail! More

We were looking for months for the perfect vehicle and came across a beautiful Volvo. Jimmy offered it to us to test out for the weekend and we decided to buy it. I was not comfortable with the salesman came across a beautiful Volvo. Jimmy offered it to us to test out for the weekend and we decided to buy it. I was not comfortable with the salesmanship of Jimmy, but we kept going with the purchase. When it came time for paperwork to be signed, we learned that there was only one key fob which again, was not ideal. Jimmy brushed it off like it was no big deal and maybe they could help with a second fob. Turns out, nope they could not. We called Volvo and we were told it would cost us $700 for a second fob. This is something that is absolutely necessary for starting the car remotely, so we really need it. We called the manager to explain that we were going to be out the $700 after spending a huge amount with them, and we got "sorry, nothing we can do here." I wish we would have gone directly to Volvo first because I really am not happy with Capitol. Also, the detailing job they did was pretty crappy and they left candy and sticky stuff all over the back center console. We put our own gas in it when we tested it out and that's what we were left with when we picked it up. Like, really Capitol??? More
