One of the best experiences I’ve had with a car dealership. Sales team was not pushy and was very efficient in handling the paperwork. I only interacted with Gary from Maintenance, but everything was beyond expectations. I was hesitant in using a dealership for service, mostly due to cost, but I needed the assurance of a knowledgeab everything was beyond expectations. I was hesitant in using a dealership for service, mostly due to cost, but I needed the assurance of a knowledgeable crew for my big investment in the 2016 CPO Rebel. I anticipated service upgrades and higher cost combined with low end customer service typically experienced in the car service industry. However, the customer service, honesty with needs vs pushy upsells, and overall friendly nature was enough for my Ram’s next service requirements .
