Fortunately, there's Capitol City Honda, where I don't have to worry about being ripped off or mistreated. Each and every time I have to bring my 2005 Civic Hybrid in, the staff is exceedingly friendly. And not just the ones looking for a commission or positive review...all of the staff, from the service advisers to the cashier to the mechanics. I never worry about the price - which isn't a bargain by any means, but isn't a ripoff either (as I said, fair) - and I am always treated like a highly-valued customer. Kudos to Troy and the rest of the team for building such a sterling reputation in an automall surrounded by questionable dealerships. More
