Capitol City Honda

I bought a used Honda Odyssey from Capitol City Honda. At the time I purchased the van there was a service bulletin from American Honda explaining that this car had paint issues and would very likely suff At the time I purchased the van there was a service bulletin from American Honda explaining that this car had paint issues and would very likely suffer from paint peeling. The paint warranty was extended to 7 years. I was never notified that my car was a part of this problem. The car began flaking large chuncks of paint off of the hood, sliding doors and wing window areas, 6 months after the expiration of the warranty. Chris Levesque and I had a breif conversation and he said he would look into it for me. Chris never responded back to any of my future communications. Dale Cooper did return my call, but let me know that the best Honda could do was cover 25% of the cost to repair their faulty workmanship. Very disappoint with Honda in general and this dealerships ability to stand behind the products they sell. More

I had a great experience with all of the staff members and Jeff, my salesperson, was very professional and honest. I would recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family. I went to 2 other Honda dealerships in the area before going to Capital City Honda. The other two, which I did not purchase from, used unprofessional sale tactics. Capital City Honda gave me the best experience ever and I will go back to do business with them again. More
