Very disappointing experience. I brought my pickup in multiple times for the same issue, and the symptoms were never properly addressed. My concerns were brushed off rather than taken seriously, and there’s been no indication that the team cares about actually fixing the vehicle. I expected expertise and a commitment to customer care, but I received the opposite. My concerns were repeatedly dismissed or ignored, and little effort was made to investigate the root cause of the issue. They largely ignored them, and there was no effort to go above and beyond or even fully resolve the problem. I expected much better from a Ford dealership. If you value your time and want your vehicle properly serviced, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. More

Sales team was great. Dale and his manager was amazing. 5 starts for them. But the finance manager Wally made the whole process really frustrating.
