Joe and Edgar were amazing to work with. I knew exactly what features I wanted on my new F-150 and even though they didn't have it on their lot at the time, they found it for me and I got it I knew exactly what features I wanted on my new F-150 and even though they didn't have it on their lot at the time, they found it for me and I got it there quickly. The sales person I worked with, Cody E. Was good and seemed genuinely a nice person. However, the finance guy did not seem truthful as he stated that US TheftGuard warranty and the add on d Was good and seemed genuinely a nice person. However, the finance guy did not seem truthful as he stated that US TheftGuard warranty and the add on devices has to be purchased. And it is "just part of the car". He also stated when I informed him that the car should have factory protection/and engine immobilizer that "just because you believe in it doesn't make it truth". Implying that he knows more than the customer. And this is why I gave what I believe to be a fair rating. He lied about the extra add on as necessity and basically said I can leave if I don't want to purchase what he can make extra commission on. Genuinely a poor experience to work with. More
