I mostly worked with Sean and Nelson, so I can't speak to the dealership on the whole, but I assume that everyone shares the same level of amiability, professionalism, and care. Sean was very upfront and honest with his assessment of the vehicles I was looking into. He happily made it easy for us to see, test, and assess both cars. I really appreciated that he did not exert too much pressure to get one or the other. He did ask helpful questions to give me a more holistic view of which car to choose. He also lent his own point of view which was helpful in the final decision. He also offered follow up conversations to make sure I was happy with the car after the purchase. Extra bonus stars, I had accidentally left my spare glasses inside my trade-in vehicle, and Sean was able to find those and return them for me. Nelson's help by that point was less around a decision, and more around giving us easy to understand distillations of the documents we were signing. He also helped us pick a method of payment that was easy and didn't require us to go to a bank immediately to get a check. Nelson also shared his adorable dog photos, so that's always a bonus. More

Through the years this location has dramatically improved to be one of the easiest most organized service centers around. Before DGDG took over the place was a disorganized mess. Every time I get service, I check out with my advisor (never an issue there) then they will call for my vehicle and then -- nothing. The wait starts. It seems like you have like one person running cars back when the service is complete and like every time I pick up my vehicle the wait for my car to be brought around so I can leave is far too long. You guys are thisclose to being a perfect operation -- fix this one area! More
