The salesman was great, but the manager’s approach was a problem. They started at $4,000 for an extended warranty. We then went into the managers office, Malood, and he pushed it down to $2,500 and finally problem. They started at $4,000 for an extended warranty. It was idiotic. When we declined, he guilt-tripped us. The manager, Malood, made xxxx up and tried every trick he had to sell us a flaming bag of xxxx, this is exactly why people have bad car-buying experiences. We paid cash to avoid this hassle, but still had to go through it. We bought the car, but the process was misleading and frustrating. More
