Purchased "gold certified" 2023 F-150 as listed online only to find out the truck was not gold certified after leaving dealership. No resolution options from dealership other than apology and options to return the truck or buy an extended warranty for several thousand dollars. Was also told new license plates and tags were coming, tags on truck were 2025 and it is 2026, they never came so I guess I'm going to DMV to get new plates. Overall, very poor purchase experience with what appears to be a dishonest sales team. I found John Basir really disrespectful, insulting, and unprofessional. I like my truck, paid cash for it, but wish the dealership was more honorable. Can't believe what I experienced after the fact is even allowed. More
