Left my car to check parking sensor and do a sw recall. Service was stated to be a long sw update (72h) and I left my car without a loaner for the whole weekend there. On Monday, I called and my representative was on his day off and wouldn't answer to messages. They said the sensor needed to be replaced and it would took more days which I couldn't afford. I took the car back, didn't hear more from the dealership which even cancelled my complaint made to Ford Customer service. I'm looking forward to get rid of this car, not because the car is bad itself, but the service is really not that great. More
I have one work truck and one personal vehicle that is serviced by Capital Ford. I have three other vehicles that are serviced at two other DGDG dealerships. My service experience, for those things that are within the purview of the dealership, has been great. My service writers have always been friendly, informed and willing to seek answers to my questions. Communication has been excellent, even when having to deliver bad news. Service from a dealership comes with the expectation of high quality, even if it is at a premium price. On one instance, and only one instance, a missed diagnosis was a moderately expensive repair. When the vehicle was returned to dealership for further diagnosis and repair, a mutual compromise was afforded. I appreciate the flexibility and effort to keep me as a valued customer. More
