My car was supposed to be ready on Wednesday after dropping it off on Monday to check radiator and oil change. I was told that there was an air pocket somewhere in the system (not fully explained) so dropping it off on Monday to check radiator and oil change. I was told that there was an air pocket somewhere in the system (not fully explained) so then it went to Thursday, but I had to keep texting or calling to get a status. I finally went in on Friday to check to see if it was ready since I hadn't received a notice and it was in the drive through. I don't know why if the transmission fluid was low on the service check, why it wasn't just filled and I just got a notice that my oil change is due on my car, so apparently that wasn't reset. Also, some body plastic rivets that were on parts that I thought might be removed for the service, were not installed at least as a courtesy. My Advisor and other personnel were polite and friendly, but there is some follow up missing. More
