Every time I need to go to this dealership for service, I regret it. The issues are centered around the fact that despite being a ford dealer, they do not know the technical specs of the products they are se regret it. As a result, they make mistakes, make false statements, and provide poor service overall. Furthermore, scheduling and pickup notifications are a joke. You show up to an appointment, guaranteed going to wait 20-30mins before someone talks to you. Then for pickup, despite them stating the car would be ready within the day, they finish the work, but do not notify you because the guy you work with has clocked out and nobody else is there to give you a call. You need to check up on your own vehicle and show up 5 mins before closing to pick it up on the right day. Absolutely the worst ford dealership I worked with. I will completely avoid this location going forward. More

The staff were very nice and the process was straight forward. Initially I thought the car was I bought was clean, but after I got home, I found food wedged in the backseat and hair ties in the glove box forward. It took almost three years to finally figure out and correct the problem with the passenger door handle lock. But they got it diagnosed and replaced the faulty part. The door handle lock is now working correct the problem with the passenger door handle lock. But they got it diagnosed and replaced the faulty part.
