We bought a used Escalade from Capitol GMC. That made no difference in their treatment us which was wonderful. We interacted with 8-10 different people and all were considerate and helpful. After a really slow drop off start they let me leave my keys in an envelope and dash. I did wait for at least 20 min before I did so.
