Had a great sales experience with Vahab Hakimian who helped with my Certified Preowned Honda vehicle purchase. However, the finance department was absolutely the worst customer experience I have ever ha helped with my Certified Preowned Honda vehicle purchase. However, the finance department was absolutely the worst customer experience I have ever had period. The finance sales person kept hard selling various extended warranties and simply refused to listen when I politely declined to purchase any extended warranty. She had absolutely no regard for my time and my family's time who were with me. In total, I must have declined an extended warranty purchase at least 8 times and each time she would restart and try to convince me in a different way, refusing to move on with the sales contract signing. When I went to pick up my car, the car did not have the all important wheel lock key but the sales person - Vahab Hakimian very quickly obtained a duplicate wheel lock key from their service department. The owner manuals were missing so the sales person ordered a new set from their service department which I need to go back to pick up in 3-4 weeks. Would have been nice if they had taken care of all these aspects in advance especially since I bought a certified preowned Honda vehicle and these items are listed in their 182 point certified Honda vehicle inspection report. Overall, beware of their extended warranty hard sales pitch. More
