Great experience. There were 2 things that your company did wrong. I had called in advanced getting the Costco price in advance. Roger embarrassed himself and I’m sure Vahab by trying to over charge me and did wrong. I had called in advanced getting the Costco price in advance. I’m tempted to write Costco an email telling them but now I’m wondering if Costco even has a written agreement with dealerships. The guaranteed price agreement may be a scam. Then the finance guy over charged me on the finance rate just so he could lower it later to get me to buy Karr. Vahab was great. No complaints there. He was very patient with my 25 year old daughter who was buying a car for her 1st time. More
