Went to possibly reserve a Civic Si and was expecting SOME ADM, but good God! They don't even show prices on their website at all. They are now on our Do Not Call/Visit list. I cannot recommend them in any way whatsoever. More
I was looking at a used vehicle that was priced above the market value. I would have purchased if I could have gotten it somewhere in the market price. Then I was told they have a sale going on. When I got there and sat down to discuss the price one of the sales managers said they would not lower the price they had been offering for the last couple of weeks. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone as they wasted my time. More
Not Happy with Online Advertising or sales. I live out of the area but monitor Sacramento area offerings daily and found this car within minutes of the posting. I called and requested pictures and information to buy but all I received was the run around with no ability to buy until it was inspected (understandably) and or offered to your reps personal list of “People waiting for a Sequoia”. I monitored the CarMax listing for pictures that never came, then reached out to Natividad Garcia repeatedly, only to find “The car was made available for sale and sold yesterday”. So, the car was sold without notifying me until after the fact. If a car is listed and I call within minutes, wouldn't you expect it was available and you could buy it? I reached out to Jon Hagen, the manager requesting reply, days later the silence is defining. Waisted my time and not very trust worthy in my opinion. What say you? More
