I was initially met with an immediate list of major services to be performed on my vehicle, and my vehicle hasn't reached 50K miles. Since purchasing my KIA, I have always had service performed at Cap services to be performed on my vehicle, and my vehicle hasn't reached 50K miles. Since purchasing my KIA, I have always had service performed at Capitol Kia, and never approached with a service list in the thousands within the first minute of contact. I am almost always provided service categories to choose from with some recommendations from your technician. It appeared to be a shock and awe technique to get me to agree to major services I know my vehicle does not need. I understand the term "recommended" comes into play, but this was beyond recommended...thanks!!! More
